Please make sure your order is what you wish to purchase, before completing the checkout. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns of non defective items. If you wish to cancel your order, you may refuse the package with the carrier at the time of delivery. The unopened packaged will be returned to our warehouse and you order will be refunded minus shipping charges.
Depending on the time and day, orders are processed quickly. We are unable to edit or cancel orders once processing has begun on an order.
Your purchase includes a 30 day warranty from the "date of purchase" against any mechanical failure. Your Cloud 9 product is covered by the 30 day limited warranty stated below. The 30 day limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers unused products with manufacturer initial mechanical defects only.
30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY - All Cloud 9 Novelty Products
Manufacturer will repair or replace this product if there is a mechanical defect not due to misuse or unauthorized repair. No warranty applies to products purchased outside the United States. Manufacturer does not warrant this product will achieve a particular result or that it is fit for a particular purpose and is not liable for any damages related to the use of the product. Never immerse battery or electrically operated items in water. To return the product under the warranty stated above: All "defective" only product must be in its original package with the original receipt and a US Check or Money Order to cover processing within 30 days of Purchase.
